Maintaining a good lifestyle with a balanced diet, proper exercise, and good sleep have several benefits. Among these, building up natural immunity is the major one that helps to be fitted around the year. Therefore, handwashing becomes the top priority. Not washing hands before and after each meal is one of the fastest ways to make you fall ill.
